With a new wand releasing annually, your collection will expand every year! But these wands won’t linger long.

Each one is available for a limited time only, and once they disappear from shelves they won’t return, so join us and start your celebration wand collection from the very beginning.

Please be aware that these resin wands are authentic hand-painted prop replicas, and due to this they are designed as collectible items and not toys. Sadly they don’t contain real magic, so if dropped or mishandled there is the possibility of damage.

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with any tags and original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately at hello@ancientwarrior.co.uk with your order number and photos where possible. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as we can.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, simply request a return for the original product and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process the payment.
