RETURNS - All returns for whatever reasons must be authorised. We will require the original invoice/receipt or copy thereof as proof of purchase. Please remember that when you sign for goods to check that the packaging is intact and sealed/unopened. Any goods/delivery query/shortage or fault must be notified.
FAULTY RETURNS - Faulty goods. If there is a fault with any of the goods you purchase please let us know within 14 days of receiving your goods.
NON-FAULTY RETURNS/RIGHT TO CANCEL/COOLING OFF PERIOD There is a cooling off period of 7 days during which you have the right to cancel. You must provide notice of cancellation by contacting us by email or phone. This needs be done within 7 days of receiving the order.
