Damaged or Incorrect Items

Store owner replied: Hi Harry Bit annoyed to have received this if im honest. You placed your order on the 11th July without ID, we contacted you the next day for ID which we received on the 13th July. The package was dispatched on the 14th July. You then emailed us to change the address, which we couldn't do because it was already labelled and with DHL. The delivery was then re arranged twice with DHL, which i am guessing is why it was delayed. Do you think your three star review is justified?

I was really pleased with the product , but I think the postage cost is a bit excessive, and it would be useful if the taxes were included in the price before you get to the payment stage , also when I used the website a third party was able to take £20?from my card details so maybe the payment security needs to be looked at
